Personal data
The website has no form. When you write to contact@bhen.be or book a call, your name, your email address and the content of your message are used solely to reply to you. They are neither transferred nor sold. The data controller is Bhen SRL.
These exchanges are kept for two years from the last contact, then deleted.
For any question about your data, or to access, correct or delete it, write to me at contact@bhen.be: I will reply as soon as possible. If my reply does not satisfy you, you can contact the Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and third-party services
This website does not set any cookies itself and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools.
Bookings go through Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., San Francisco, United States). When you open the calendar, Cal.com only sets functional cookies, necessary for booking: time zone, calendar state and security. No advertising cookies are used. That is why no consent banner is displayed.
For appointments, Bhen SRL is the data controller and Cal.com acts as processor: it processes the information you enter (name, email address, answers to booking questions) solely to organise the call. This data is hosted in the United States; Cal.com is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and otherwise applies the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Prefer not to use Cal.com? Write to contact@bhen.be or call +32 (0) 474 68 16 49 to arrange an appointment.
