Who is it for?

Who is affected by digital accessibility?

This service is useful when:

  • You are covered by the European Accessibility Act, in force since 28 June 2025, or by public sector obligations.
  • You are preparing a launch and want to avoid unpleasant surprises.
  • Your website is fed by many contributors.
  • You want to make accessibility a habit rather than a one-off check.

You are…

  • Freelancer or SME

A clear assessment and prioritised fixes, adapted to your budget.

  • Large company

Components fixed once and reused everywhere, and tests built into your development pipeline.

  • Institution

A factual assessment, a remediation plan and an up-to-date accessibility statement.

What?

WCAG 2.2 accessibility audit: design system, mock-ups and web pages

Three levels of audit

  • Design system

During its construction. Every fix benefits every screen.

  • Mock-ups

Before development. The cost of fixing is minimal.

  • Web pages

Before launch or on an ongoing basis. Actual compliance is measured.

What the audit includes

  • Automated tests, as a first filter.
  • Manual tests: keyboard navigation, screen readers, zoom, contrast, forms.
  • Non-conformities ranked by severity and by fixing effort.

What you receive

  • A report with a summary for management and concrete recommendations for the technical teams.
  • A debrief for designers, developers and writers.

Audits are paid services. The first conversation, however, is free.

Why?

Why make your solutions accessible

  • All your audiences can use your solutions, whatever their situation.
  • You meet your obligations, based on a factual technical assessment.
  • Fixes cost less when they are made upstream.
  • Your teams are equipped to avoid regressions.

I provide a technical assessment, not legal advice.

In practice

How the support works

  1. Step 1: Discovery call

Free, one hour: your context and your objectives.

  2. Step 2: Scoping

Scope, representative pages and journeys, reference standard.

  3. Step 3: Audit

Automated and manual tests, then report.

  4. Step 4: Debrief

Remediation plan built with your teams.

  5. Step 5: Re-audit

    Check after fixes.

A long-standing practice: trained by AnySurfer as early as 2012, then in inclusive accessibility with Laura Kalbag in 2020.

Over time

Accessibility monitoring

Staying accessible requires ongoing vigilance. The monthly plan includes:

  • Checking the month's new pages, mock-ups and components.
  • Regular automated tests and, depending on the plan, manual tests of critical journeys.
  • A monthly report with concrete recommendations.
  • Awareness sessions built from the errors actually found.
  • The annual update of your accessibility statement.

Three plans: Essential, Evolution and Partner. Monitoring starts after an initial audit.
