Hello, I'm Benoit Henry, UX designer and UI engineer.
As a UX designer and UI engineer, I have been working alongside freelancers, companies and institutions for over 20 years to design their digital solutions, from defining needs to code.

Who am I?
One foot in design, one foot in code
I first studied visual arts and photography, then computer science. This dual background, creative and technical, still guides the way I work: understanding what your audiences experience, then translating it into interfaces, components and documentation you can make your own.
I have been working in design and communication since 2004, and under the Bhen name since 2009. I am based in Hainaut, Belgium, and I work anywhere in Belgium, on site or remotely.
What I bring
Connecting people, ideas and code
I understand what your audiences expect and I know how that translates technically. So I can bridge the gap between the people who decide, those who design and those who develop.

Why?
Learning, sharing, training
A successful assignment does not end with the launch. It leaves behind more independent teams, shared methods and documentation that keeps being useful. That is why training is part of every one of my assignments, and why I keep learning myself.
What I pass on
- E-commerce trainer at IFAPME from 2016 to 2019.
- Tailor-made training in web writing, page building, design systems, accessibility and the use of AI.
